Lisa and Randy Dabbs are the Team behind Dabbs Design & Development, Inc. They are a small business specializing in residential and (small) commercial building design and construction. Also as proud TREX and Timber Tech Pro installers, they work with clients on all their decking and design needs.

Lisa is a former school principal with over 20 years of experience in the education technology and design industry. She brings her love of interior and garden design to the company.

Randy is a former contractor with over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Having worked on Marriot Hotel crews in his 30's his love for construction and building grew. Over the next 25 years, he honed his craft by learning many trades and doing them well! He's partnered with fellow contractors in LA and Orange County for over 2 decades, building amazing spaces for his clients.

Now as the hard-working company Project Manager, he leads the on-site team daily, as a hands-on builder, collaborating with Lisa on every project! 

Design Expert: Aaron K.

Aaron has over 10 years in the retail design and management industry. He's also an incredible visual artist and graphic designer. We rely on his knowledge of the retail industry to support our clients with interior styling needs.
