Together Lisa & Randy Dabbs are the

CEO: Lisa Dabbs

Lisa is the CEO of Dabbs Design & Development, Inc. She provides interior design styling, and inspiration and manages all backend business for the company.

As a second-generation Latina (and former educator) Lisa is a recognized education leader, speaker, and author. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the education needs of her community by serving as Trustee of her local school board and as a Commissioner for the County of Los Angeles. 

Inspired by Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper fame, Lisa founded the company with the dream of bringing her own style of home design to So Cal clients' renovation projects.

Lisa has watched and learned about construction and design work having been married to Randy for close to 20 years. Working as a team Randy and Lisa use their individual talents to offer the best residential home project development and customer service to bring the dreams and visions of their client's projects to life!

Project Manager: Randall Dabbs

Randy is the Project Manager for Dabbs Design & Development, Inc.  Randy is a former Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry.

Growing up in Orange County, CA Randy began his carpentry journey at 13 and was designing grandfather clocks and winning awards at 16! He's a true finish carpenter with a heart for building beautiful woodwork.

Having worked on Marriot Hotel crews in his 30's his love for construction and building grew. Over the next 25 years, he honed his craft by learning many trades and doing them well! He's partnered with fellow contractors in LA and Orange County for over 2 decades building amazing spaces for his clients.

Now as the hard-working company Project Manager, he leads the on-site team daily, still as a hands-on builder, collaborating with Lisa on every project! 

Design Expert: Aaron K.

Aaron has over 10 years in the retail design and management industry. He's also an incredible visual artist and graphic designer. We rely on his knowledge of the retail industry to support our clients with interior styling needs.
